hi i hav doubt that why we msrn in voice call and only vlr address in case of sms
ReplyDelete@Gaurav Sahi:Dear only signaling is required for SMS whereas in case of call a voice channel is also required. So to sieze a voice channel we need MSRN which is in turn used in IAM to reserve one voice channel between nodes to terminate MT call.
